What to expect at your first visit
New patients are welcome at our Dumas and Dalhart clinics, with or without insurance. Book online, call, or walk in; same-day visits are often available. At check-in, our team confirms your information and payment option. Your provider then reviews your health history, listens to your concerns and leaves you with a clear plan, whether that is a prescription, lab work, a referral or a follow-up visit.

Our pediatric care follows children from infancy through adolescence and includes vaccines, developmental checks, and sick visits when your child is not feeling well. At each visit, your provider can recommend the care that may best fit your child’s needs.
Do you offer DOT physicals?
Yes. Hyatt Health offers DOT physical exams for commercial drivers. These exams are available on Tuesdays only, and walk-ins are welcome. You may also book online or call the clinic. If you have questions about your exam, or would like to confirm which location offers DOT physicals, you may call before your visit.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome at our clinics in Dumas and Dalhart. If you are not feeling well, you may walk in for a sick visit for concerns such as colds, flu, and infections, and we see both adults and kids. When you will be seen depends on the clinic schedule. Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of your current medications. If you are bringing a child, please bring your own photo ID as the parent or guardian.
